Introducing Vepa
A different starting point for materials
The Felt collection turns recycled PET bottles into a moulded seating shell, with the material’s texture becoming part of the design. The Hemp collection takes another route, drawing on Vepa’s work with Plantics on plant-based materials.
These developments give the furniture a story that is visible in the finished piece. They also reflect a wider interest in how products are made and what happens to their materials at the end of use.
Products We Love
Felt Chair
Felt uses a shaped shell made from pressed recycled PET material. The textured surface gives the chair a softer visual character, with base options that let it suit different shared workplace settings.
Rack Shelving System
Rack is a linkable shelving system with an open, industrial appearance. Different heights align visually, while optional enclosed units and planters allow the arrangement to combine storage, display and space division.
Timber Table
Timber uses a substantial steel frame whose construction draws on traditional carpentry details. The exposed wedge connection gives the table a strong, workshop-like character for shared dining or informal meetings.
Be Hybrid Task Chair
Be Hybrid is designed for spaces where different people share the same chair. Its mechanism responds to the sitter automatically, with a discreet height-adjustment button keeping operation simple in meeting areas, learning spaces and shared work settings.
Maia 4-Legged Chair
Maia is a light, stackable chair designed for shared meeting and dining spaces. Different seat and back finishes allow its straightforward frame to take on a warmer or more practical character.
Hemp-Fine Chair
Hemp Fine uses a shaped shell formed from hemp and resin, leaving the material's character visible. Its slim structure offers a distinctive alternative for shared meeting, cafe and dining seating.

A factory-led approach to design
Vepa retains production in its own factories, combining manufacturing technology with furniture-making skills. Its capabilities extend across office and shared-space furniture, with facilities in the Netherlands and the UK.
That breadth is reflected in the collection: the light profiles of Maia, Felt and Hemp-Fine sit alongside Be Hybrid task seating, substantial Timber tables and the open structure of Rack shelving.
