Balma Office Furniture
Balma approaches the office as a connected environment, with desks, storage and shared furniture designed to work together. The Polish manufacturer combines an extensive collection with a strong interest in how spaces are organised, giving its furniture a purposeful character that reaches well beyond the individual workstation.
Design with a practical intelligence
Balma’s development from computer desks in the early 1980s to complete office collections reflects a sustained focus on the changing workplace. Its Think Pro philosophy brings design, ergonomics and manufacturing expertise into the same conversation.
That thinking is evident in the breadth of the range: workstations sit alongside shelving, meeting tables, acoustic booths and furniture for more informal settings. It offers designers room to create a coherent interior while giving each area its own role.
Materials, systems and considered detail
With its own metalworking and powder-coating facilities, alongside production in materials including natural veneer and lacquered MDF, Balma brings different finishes and construction methods into its collections. The emphasis is on furniture that is carefully resolved in both appearance and use.
