Step 1: Landing on the Homepage & Exploring the Products Page

Start your journey at Brands by POS by exploring our easy-to-navigate homepage. From here, head over to the Products page, where you can browse top brands, explore categories, and dive into our product configurator—all at your fingertips. 

Step 2: Browsing Products & Brands by Filters

Once on our Products page, you can find exactly what you need with our curated range of products from trusted brands. Use filters to explore product types such as chairs or desks, budget categories like bronze, silver, or gold, and specific spaces such as collaborative areas. You can also search by brand to quickly locate your favourite designers and manufacturers.

Step 3: Exploring and Configuring a Product

Click on a product to open the configurator, where you can customise the size, finish, and other features. For example, change a chair’s fabric, base, or finish and watch as the price updates in real-time. Use the 3D view to pan around and see your changes instantly, or, on mobile, try the augmented reality feature to visualise the product in your space.

Step 4: Adding to a Wishlist

Once you've configured your product, simply click ‘Add to Wishlist’ to save it. Your wishlist allows you to collect and organise all your selected products in one place. After saving, you can specify the quantity required for each product. If you need to make adjustments, you can easily click back into any product in your wishlist to edit configurations or update quantities, ensuring everything meets your needs before moving forward.

Step 5: Creating an Account and Logging In

To save your wishlist and ensure your selected products are not lost, it’s essential to create an account. This also allows you to return to your wishlist at any time and makes requesting a quote seamless—unlocking exclusive project discounts. Creating an account is simple: click ‘Log In/Register’ from the sidebar, enter a username and password, and, if you’re a new user, follow the quick registration process. Once logged in, your wishlist will be saved permanently, and you can update your contact details for a smoother experience.

Step 6: Saving, Managing and Submitting Your Wishlist

Once logged into your account, you can access and manage your wishlists. You can create multiple wishlists for different projects, name them as needed, and toggle between active and non-active wishlists, with the option to delete those no longer in use. You can also revisit any wishlist to add new products or modify existing ones. When you’re satisfied with your selections, simply click ‘Request Quote,’ and the team at POS will provide a tailored quote as soon as possible.

Step 7: Accessing Your Quotes and Updating Wishlists

After requesting a quote, you can continue creating new wishlists, customising products, or adding to existing wishlists as needed. If required, you can re-request a quote for updated selections. Once your quote has been uploaded to your account, you’ll receive an email notification. Simply log in, navigate to the Quotes section, and view your uploaded quote. You can always return to your wishlists to make further edits or create new ones for additional projects or requirements.

Step 8: Progressing an Order

If you’re ready to proceed with an order after reviewing your quote, simply send a purchase order. This can be as straightforward as sending an email to [email protected], including the quotation reference and the amount you wish to proceed with. Once your email is received, our team will confirm your order and follow up as soon as possible to guide you through the next steps.
